1. Turn Off the Machine and Unplug It

2. Locate the Drum Unit
Open the machine’s front or side panel—depending on your model—and locate the drum unit. It should be easy to spot since it’s one of the larger components.
3. Remove the Drum Unit
Gently slide out the drum unit. Be careful with this step; the drum is sensitive to scratches and light. If possible, avoid touching the surface of the drum directly.
4. Find the Drum Cleaning Blade
The drum cleaning blade sits right next to the drum, usually held in place by a couple of screws or clips. It looks like a long, flat piece of rubber. Over time, this blade wears down and stops cleaning the drum properly, which is why you’re seeing streaks on your prints.
5. Replace the Blade

Slide the drum unit back into place and close the panel. Make sure everything is secured properly before plugging the machine back in.

Power up the copier or printer and run a test print. If everything’s in place, the streaks should be gone, and your prints should look as good as new.
